Jedi Air Wear are a leading UK skydiving suit manufacturer. They provide the ability to design and order suits through their website, the site also has an ecommerce shop selling skydiving equipment.
They approached Hornet Creative with an already functional website, but were needing assistance in managing the content and making changes.
The website contained interactive suit designer pages. New suit designs were going in to production and needed to be added to the site, along with specially tailored designer pages to allow selection of options unique to each suit.
I made changes to the designing software, edited code and created new suit graphics that can be manipulated within a web browser. I also improved the experience of choosing suit colours, adding extras, completing the measurements form and placing an order.
All changes were carefully considered, tested and applied.
Special attention was paid to responsive layouts and user experience, ensuring each suit designer was still usable on all mobile devices.
Design and technical support has continued with further improvements to the suit design/order pages, changes to navigation and site structure to improve Search Engine Optimisation and also layout and design changes to make the user experience more fluid.
In addition to website improvements, large banner graphics were designed for use at trade shows.
Printed and mounted on display frames, these are used for promotion and advertising at skydiving events across the country.
